LOS ANGELES, CA (SEND2PRESS NEWSWIRE) -- On March 15th 2006, a $50,000 Cash Bond was posted, according to court records, by supporters of Anant Tripati to allow a case filed by Mr. Tripati to move forward challenging a fraud that was perpetrated upon the courts by the Los Angeles County District Attorney's office (BC 343351). "This posting ensures Mr. Tripati's case will be heard in the courts," states Bill Liebman, who helped raise the money from individuals who support Mr. Tripati's cause.

Lawyers familiar with the case state that Judge Paul Gutman entered the previously rejected court order for Tripati to post the $50,000 only after two witnesses, former and current LA County DA's Office employees, admitted under oath in deposition testimony that this has and does occur. The former employee admitted to lying to the courts in his case with Mr. Tripati, and the current employee admitted that this is a common and on-going recurrent practice. The Judge does not want Mr. Tripati to prove in court that the LA County District Attorney's Office perpetrated fraud upon the court in his case and so required the posting of the $50,000 bond in an effort to thwart the efforts of Mr. Tripati to take his case to trial. Judge Gutman had rejected the initial bond request by LA County lawyers at the commencement of the lawsuit.

"Now that the $50,000 has been posted, the judge and Los Angeles County will have a difficult time stopping Tripati from going any further says one attorney," remarked Mr. Liebman. "With the admission by former investigator Richard Goldston that nobody knows what property was seized from Tripati and the subsequent alleged lies made by Goldston to Judge Candace Beason, the District Attorney's office is in a very bad legal position says another lawyer," states Mr. Liebman.

Tripati states "I expect Judge Paul Gutman to do everything he can to stop me from pursuing this case. I plan on fighting this to the hilt." Anant Tripati can be communicated with at LAfraud@gmail.com. "On this website, frauduponcacourts.com, I shall shortly post all the case documents," continued Anant Tripati.
