LOS ANGELES, CA (SEND2PRESS NEWSWIRE) -- According to Anant Tripati, on January 24, 2006 Judge Paul Gutman of the Los Angeles County Superior Court signed a court order presented to him by lawyers representing Los Angeles County (BC 343351). These lawyers had Judge Paul Gutman state, in writing, that he had decided facts stated in page 2 line 3 through 18; line 22 to page 3 line 5 in the order, though the Judge did not make any such decision, states Tripati.
A portion of the transcript of the hearing reads as follows: "The Court: Ms. Logan, would you please prepare, because you did not submit a proposed order that I could find, identifying each and every one of the basis upon which I have granted the request, each litigation, each motion, and the result of each one. Is that clear? Ms. Logan: Okay your honor." The transcript evidences the fact the judge did not have the order he signed at the time of the hearing as it did not exist, this is why he asked it be prepared for him, according to Tripati.
"Henry Patrick Nelson, Amber A. Logan and Jennifer Petrusis of Nelson & Fulton 'sneaked' additional material into the order they subsequently prepared and submitted to the court for the judge to sign, and the judge signed that order without realizing additional material he had not seen before or decided previously had been inserted into the order. This order changed the oral decision made by Judge Gutman on January 24th, 2006. They (Nelson, Logan, and Petrusis) did this because after the hearing they realized if I did file an appeal, the decision would be reversed. So, they seized this opportunity and added facts, material to the litigation, which the judge did not decide. This inserted material would strengthen their position against me on appeal. I am in the process of presenting the transcripts to the judge so that the judge may change his order," continues Tripati.
According to Tripati, lawyers have stated to him "that if, in fact, the written order which the judge signed substantially changes the oral decision made by the judge, lawyers who presented the order for signature may be disciplined by the State Bar of California and could be sanctioned by the judge. According to these lawyers it is breach of duty to the bench and bar to have a judge sign an order which the judge did not make."
Tripati additionally states: "Since January 24th, 2006 I have had lawyers in private practice in Los Angeles, as well as numerous citizens, contact me willing to post the $50,000 security bond and also provide me representation before the court. A bond only now required, and subsequent to obtaining deposition testimony admitting fraud upon the court in this case by current and former LA County DA's Office Employees. I am still considering whether to use counsel or continue pro per. I am preparing to submit the transcripts and with my request the court to sanction these lawyers, because my entire case evolves around lawyers for Los Angeles County having judges sign fraudulent documents, based upon misrepresentation. They did the same thing to Judge Candace Beasan in warrant SW 34227, before Judge Gutman in BC 326528, and now again before Judge Gutman in BC 343351. I hope the judge takes drastic action against these lawyers."
Tripati goes on to say that his Website - www.frauduponcacourts.com - will be online soon and the complete transcript will be available for viewing, along with other documents evidencing the alleged perpetration of fraud upon the courts, and how Judge Gutman is allegedly looking the other way.
